Manurewa coach Kaino Kaino will come up against his former side when his current club hosts Patumahoe at Mountfort Park in McNamara Cup action on Saturday.

Kaino helped lead Patumahoe to a championship less than two years ago and now will be plotting to take them down in what shapes as an important match for both sides.

Fresh off their first loss of the season, Manurewa will look to bounce back while Patumahoe will get their strongest test since a week two loss to Karaka.

Defending champs Karaka will look to bounce back from a rare loss when they host Bombay at Karaka Sports Complex.

Top-of-the-table Ardmore Marist heads to Laurie Gibbons Reserve to take on Weymouth as they aim to protect their unbeaten start to the campaign.

Two in-form outfits clash in the Sid Marshall Shield Premier 3 grade when defending champions Te Kauwhata face Te Kohanga at Te Kauwhata.

Neighbours Onewhero and Tuakau meet at Onewhero Domain, while Pukekohe and Karaka square off at Colin Lawrie Fields.

Puni heads to Drury chasing their first win of the season while Maramarua hosts Manurewa.

In Massey Cup U21 play, Ardmore Marist hosts Patumahoe, Pukekohe and Manurewa meet at Mountfort Park and RuaNorth travels to Karaka.

Karaka takes on Waiuku in what should be a mouth-watering clash at Karaka Sports Complex while Beachlands Maraetai hosts Patumahoe in U85s at Te Puru Park.

Elsewhere, Bombay hosts Morrinsville, Pukekohe travels to Hamilton Marist while Drury is at home to Fraser Tech.

The Manurewa Women take on arch-rivals Ponsonby at Mountfort Park in Women’s Premier 1 play.

Weymouth and Pukekohe meet in Women’s Premier 2 action at Laurie Gibbons Reserve.
