We have regular meetings at Navigation Homes Stadium at Pukekohe on Monday nights, where we up skill our referees with a comprehensive training program which includes presentations, workshops, guest speakers, video analysis and engaging games. 

 The referees have regular social occasions throughout the year, including our end of year prize giving night normally held in September. 

 We welcome anyone who is interested in being a rugby referee and encourage anyone who is thinking of picking up the whistle to give it a go. Refereeing is the best seat in the house! 

Official Referees-

Official Referees are members of the Counties Manukau Rugby Referees Association who are involved with all grades of matches throughout the year. Refereeing is a fun way to stay involved in the game and it offers you the best seat in the house. We cater for first year referees picking up the whistle for the first time to first class referees representing on the national stage. Associate Referees-

Registering as an associate referee allows you to referee matches where an official referee is not appointed for. This includes junior rugby or u14 and above where official referees are unavailable. The Associate Referee course lasts for 3 years once completed. Sign up as an associate referee today to help our teams play rugby in a safe manner.
