🏉 Girls Rippa Rugby: Build the Future of Female Rugby in the Counties Manukau Region!

We are committed to creating a robust, enjoyable, and safe environment for girls in club rugby. Our mission is simple: to build all-girls grades and competitions, fostering a lifelong love for the game by giving every girl the opportunity to learn, participate, and grow.

Since launching our inaugural all-girls Wednesday evening competition in 2021, we've seen fantastic growth. Join us as we continue to build this exciting momentum in 2026!

Why Rugby is Great for your Daughter

Rugby is more than a game—it’s a powerful tool for personal development. When your daughter steps onto the field, she will:

💪 Realise Her Strength: Learn how strong and powerful her body is, knowing she is capable of anything.

🧠 Develop Resilience: Learn to get back up after being knocked down, both physically and mentally.

🤝 Experience Teamwork: Feel the incredible power and support of being part of a dedicated team.

❤️ Learn Respect: Respect others, regardless of their background or decisions.

🚀 Unleash Confidence: Ultimately realise that she is unstoppable!

Our Mission

To build ‘All Girl’ grades in Rippa, Quick Rip, and Tackle for an all-girls competition in the rugby season.

Our Values

“To provide an enjoyable and safe environment for everyone who is involved in Rugby. To develop a life-long love of the game, by giving everyone the opportunity to learn, participate and grow”.
