The course is designed to give current and aspiring coaches fundamental tools to add to their coaching toolbox. The key topics are based largely around the fundamentals of coaching and coaching activities effectively. 

The course was initially designed for coaches in secondary school grades and above however, it is open to anyone looking to grow their coaching toolbox from all grades 

- Coaches looking to begin their journey through the World Rugby Coach Development pathway - Players in the twighlight years of their playing careers - Teenagers and adults looking to take up rugby coaching
