As a Rugby Development Officer, you'll play a crucial role in growing participation across Adelaide and surrounding areas. You'll work closely with clubs, schools, and community groups to create quality rugby experiences and build pathways for players of all backgrounds.
- Design and deliver development programs across junior, school, and club rugby
- Coordinate school-based recruitment and participation initiatives
- Lead the High School Sevens competition
- Develop and implement culturally appropriate programs for diverse communities
- Support the growth of girls' rugby competition
- Build strong relationships with schools, clubs, and community organisations
- Assist with coach education and club development
- Track and report on participation metrics and program outcomes
