Brumbies scrum half Ryan Lonergan will captain the Australia XV side against England A in the side’s final game of their tour of the UK on Sunday afternoon local time.

He’s one of a number of changes to the starting side that drew 10-all with Bristol last week, with the full squad of 30 set for game time throughout the tour. Flanker Luke Reimer and Lonergan come into the side for their first start of the tour.

Brumbies and Wallabies pair Tom Hooper and Reimer are named in the loose forward trio, with Hooper a standout performer in last week's fixture against the Bristol Bears.

Our flyer Corey Toole shifts to the right wing, with Jock Campbell named to start at fullback and Darby Lancaster on the left wing.

Last week’s starters Lachlan Lonergan and Rhys van Nek shift to the replacement front row, with Brumbies flanker Rory Scott selected as forward cover. Versatile Brumbies back Ollie Sapsford rounds out the matchday 23.

Australia XV coach Rod Seib said: “We had a really valuable hit out against Bristol last week and we’ve trained well again, as we try to build some more cohesion among the group and provide opportunities to those in the squad.”

“To play England A at an iconic ground such as The Stoop is going to be a memorable experience for our players and I know it’s a challenge they’re looking forward to.”
