Wesley College get a crack at lifting the 1st XV Challenge Shield from Manurewa High School

Wesley College will get a crack at lifting the 1st XV Challenge Shield for the first time when they travel to Manurewa High School in Counties Manukau Secondary School rugby on Saturday.

Manurewa lifted the coveted trophy off Pukekohe High last week and will get a stern test when Wesley College heads north.

Pukekohe High will aim to bounce back from their first loss of the season when they meet Rosehill College at Rosehill while Papakura High School visits Waiuku College.

In Year 11+ games, Alfriston College hosts Manurewa High, Rosehill College travels to Tuakau to face Tuakau/Onewhero while Pukekohe High hosts Wesley College.

Wesley College and Papakura High meet in Year 10 action on Friday night while in the other games this weekend, St Ignatius visits Waiuku College while Wesley College and Tipene St Stephens play next Wednesday at Wesley College.

Tuakau/Onewhero is at home to Waiuku College in Year 9 play, while Pukekohe High and Rosehill meet at Pukekohe.

Tipene St Stephens visits Tuakau/Onewhero on Wednesday.
