The Board of Directors of Utah Youth Rugby provides strategic oversight and fiduciary responsibility for the organization, ensuring that youth rugby in Utah is governed with integrity, accountability, and long-term vision. The Board establishes policies, approves competition frameworks, and upholds standards that prioritize player safety, fair play, and sustainable growth across all age grades and regions of the state.

UYR’s staff and standing committees support the Board by managing day-to-day operations and specialized areas of governance. Committees are comprised of experienced volunteers and subject-matter leaders who focus on key functions such as competition management, discipline and compliance, referee and coach development, and player welfare. Through this collaborative structure, Utah Youth Rugby ensures consistent decision-making, clear communication, and transparent processes that serve the best interests of players, families, clubs, and the broader rugby community.
