They are then expected to go into the changerooms of both teams, setting up a reunion for Catt.
Harry joined in the celebrations as he followed the 2003 World Cup winning side across Australia, leading to the two joining in the festivities together in Sydney.
Now, Harry returns as a Prince, and Catt is in charge of attack, looking to turn around the Waratahs' season.
"I've known Harry for a long time. He was involved with the England set-up when Clive Woodward was there, so from really early doors. I think I met him first as a five-year-old or something like that. and he was always involved with all of Clive Woodward's era. When we won the World Cup in 2007, he was out with us in the World Cup there," Catt told reporters.
"He genuinely loves his rugby. I'm not sure about Megan, but I know Harry definitely loves his rugby. Good guy and it's great for the game, to be honest, for us to have people like him, royalty coming in, is a huge benefit for us.
"I think some of the boys are pretty excited to meet him or meet Megan, one of the two."
Moana Pasifika have their own motivation to impress after news of their impending departure from Super Rugby was confirmed during the week.
The visitors have enjoyed considerable success against the Waratahs, winning their last three games against them.
“It's a crying shame that it's happening. I don't know too much detail on the back of it, but, yeah, they want to prove stuff and I think they have done this season. They've got a lot of X Factor, a lot of big bodies in their team," Catt said.
“It's just making sure that when they come to Allianz [Stadium] tomorrow night, that we're able to contain it and put our stamp on the game.
“...I think we're creating enough in these games and then our accuracy is just letting us down from an attack point of view and then defensively, we've got to stop the teams from scoring those tries, especially that final 20 minutes. We really need to dig in and really make sure that we make teams earn their points rather than just gifting them to them.”
