It will be the fifth game of the Rugby Championship, with the Wallabies fresh off a tough loss to Argentina in Santa Fe
The Wallabies will then head to Wellington a week late for the second Test against the All Blacks.
The Wallabies' Bledisloe Cup Test with New Zealand in Sydney will be shown LIVE on Stan Sport.
Coverage will be live and ad-free on Stan Sport and the Nine Network, slated to start at 3:00 pm AEST with kickoff expected at 3:45 pm AEST on September 21.
It will also be shown on Channel 9 across the country, with coverage commencing at 3:30 pm.
