The Rugby Union Players' Association (RUPA) Partners with PaxAnimi Estate Planning to support current and past players in  managing their estate.

RUPA has entered a new partnership with PaxAnimi®. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in consolidating RUPA's commitment to continue to support players on their playing and life journey. PaxAnimi’s unique approach allows a comprehensive online estate planning service with documents delivered quickly and cost-effectively.

PaxAnimi® co-founder and director, James Tucker says:

“PaxAnimi® is very pleased to partner with RUPA to bring its estate planning service to RUPA’s members, their families and RUPA staff. With this partnership, PaxAnimi® and RUPA ensure that the estate planning need can be easily dealt with, delivering peace of mind to all RUPA members, their families and staff”.

The PaxAnimi® service includes all legal advice and guidance to generate and execute wills (including testamentary trusts), powers of attorney and guardianship documents, online.

Through this partnership, past and present RUPA Members, as well as family members of players, will have access to VIP pricing, negotiated specifically for RUPA members.

RUPA CEO Justin Harrison says:

“RUPA is very pleased to be partnering with PaxAnimi® to provide RUPA members and their families with comfort and security in their estate planning and future. It is startling to contemplate that over 50% of Australians do not have a legal will or form of estate planning in place. This is an important and valued support service for our membership, past and present, to allow them to access an efficient and convenient platform to generate a will and complete their estate planning”.

In addition to providing estate planning services, PaxAnimi® will also work closely with RUPA to develop educational resources and workshops aimed at helping players understand the importance of estate planning and how to navigate the process. These resources will cover a range of topics, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and enduring guardianships, ensuring that players have the information they need to make informed decisions about their estate planning.
