The Western Force have continued their positive Super Rugby Women’s pre-season with an impressive 41-12 victory over the Queensland Reds at Ballymore on Saturday afternoon.

Following up from last Sunday's 45-6 win over Rugby Victoria at Wanneroo, the Force made it two from two ahead of the side's Super W opener against the ACT Brumbies on Saturday 1 March.

The Force ran in three first-half tries from Kalamunda fly-half Nicole Ledington, Wallaroos front-rower Allana Sikimeti and Joondalup product Tamika Jones to lead 17-7 at half-time.

The visitors ran away with the game in the second half, with Wests Scarborough winger Brooklyn Teki Joyce the first to add to the tries list.

Following Teki Joyce, it was full-back Halley Derera, winger Tizanae Kovacs and Black Ferns loose forward Pia Tapsell who added the second half tries as the Force pulled clear.

The Force will host the NSW Waratahs in the side's final Super W pre-season trial game on Saturday 22 February from 10:30am WST at UWA Sports Park (free entry).
