NSW Waratahs to Showcase Resilience Insurance in New Partnership

The NSW Waratahs have secured Resilience Insurance as their latest Platinum Partner.

Resilience Insurance is an industry leader as Australia’s first Latent Defect Insurance provider. A product that has operated internationally for 70 years, and now thanks to Resilience Insurance also in Australia.

Resilience Insurance Chief Executive Officer Corey Nugent said: “We feel there is a strong synergy between Resilience Insurance and the NSW Waratahs.

“Success in rugby is all about resilience, and we have complete belief that in this year’s NSW Waratahs squad, we will witness that trait shown in their pursuit of success.

“It is great being aligned with a team that has such a rich and strong history. We are excited about the partnership with the NSW Waratahs over the next two years.”

Rugby Australia Director Commercial and Marketing James Durbin welcomed the commitment by Resilience Insurance to the NSW Waratahs on a two-year deal.

“We look forward to the future with Resilience Insurance in the years to come,” Durbin said. “Their commitment for two years shows their belief in the team’s potential.

“There are exciting times ahead for rugby in NSW and Australia, and not just for the 2025 Super Rugby Pacific season that is about to start, but for the years to come.

This latest Platinum Partnership deal with Resilience Insurance will the see the company’s logo on the lower back of the NSW Waratahs jersey throughout the season.

The NSW Waratahs start the 2025 Super Rugby Pacific on Friday 14 February with a Round 1 home clash against the Highlanders at Allianz Stadium, Moore Park, Sydney.
