Empire GU is seeking High Performance Directors for both New Jersey and CT. The to lead select side programming to help rugby players progress toward a national team pathway.
This role will focus on developing high performance players and managing competitive teams in regional competitions.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
- Lead select side programming
- Support player development and create opportunities for progression to the national team
- Compete in regional competitions and tournaments
- Experience in coaching administration, program management, and player development
- Must be a registered EGU member
