Wallabies prop Allan Alaalatoa believes the transition to coach Les Kiss will be seamless as they look to stack consistent performances together.
Alaalatoa and the group have arrived in Sydney as they begin preparations for next week's Test against Japan in Osaka.

It'll serve as Kiss' first in charge, officially taking over as coach from the departed Joe Schmidt.
The former Reds coach has been around the group ever since last year's Spring Tour, with the experienced prop eager to see what he can bring.
"He was like a fly on the wall during the July series and also around during the Spring Tour. I think it's been well planned from those above to make sure that the transition was very smooth and we've seen that already in the past couple of days," Alaalatoa told reporters on his return to camp.
“I think it’s for us as leaders to be aligned with his messaging, but also to understand that there's been a strong foundation that's been built over the course of two years under Joe and understanding that there's some really good parts of that game that we want to continue to grow and we don't want to remove as a whole.
“There are little shifts that he wants to add, which he will do over time, so that’s exciting."
Consistency remains a key focus of the group after their 47-point win over Italy in Perth.
They started their year with a strong showing and a narrow loss to Ireland, only to fall away in the second half against France.
Alaalatoa was keen to build momentum in the home-and-away series against former coach Eddie Jones before a tough two-Test tour of Argentina in September.
“Our goal as a playing group is to play consistently well, and we thought we did that over the course of July, but we look back, and we just know that we probably need to do that over the course of 80 minutes if we're going to take anything out of that series," he admits.
“It's something that we can take forward with us straight into Japan and that's the most important game for us, is the next one.
"We're grateful that we've got a good week together before we head over there on Saturday, so it's good to link back up again and just to get on the same page so we can continue to be consistent.”
