As Manager of the Reserve Grade team, Fez is a constant presence around the club, helping ensure players and coaches can focus on rugby while he takes care of countless tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

With the club operating as a nomadic team this season, Fez has taken on the significant responsibility of coordinating field set-up for our home games. From the first whistle to the final clean-up, he is always there to lend a hand. He also serves as a Ground Marshal on game days and coordinates the cleaning of change rooms after matches, helping leave venues in great condition.

During the week, Fez looks after the temporary floodlights used at training, making sure they are set up, switched on and off, and ready when needed. He also keeps the training equipment organised and maintained in the storage container, ensuring coaches and players can easily access what they need.

His contribution doesn't stop there. Fez regularly assists the coaching staff with skills sessions and is always one of the first people to put his hand up whenever a job needs doing. Whether it's a planned task or an unexpected challenge, the answer is usually, "Ask Fez."

Beyond the practical support he provides, Fez brings something equally important to the club – his personality. His stories, humour, and ability to keep everyone entertained create a positive atmosphere around the team and make long days at the rugby even more enjoyable.

Thank you, Fez, for everything you do for Burnside Rugby Club. Your contribution has not gone unnoticed.
