Dear USA Club Rugby Coaches and Admins,

The 15’s Club Competitions Committee is currently reviewing proposals and venues for the 2023 15’s National Championship to be held on the weekend of June 3 & 4, 2023. In the interest of empowering our community of clubs across the country, the committee wanted to provide all clubs or geographic unions the opportunity to be considered for hosting the event. If you, your club, GU or local government body have any interest in hosting the event, please complete this form to be considered. If your proposed venue meets the criteria of the 15’s Competition Committee, we will reach out for further and more detailed information, and a proposal packet.

The 2023 15’s National Championship will feature 20 teams across 5 USA Club Rugby Divisions and their spectators. Any proposed site must be able to accommodate ten 80 minute matches in a day and have suitable space for warm-ups and spectators. We encourage clubs to get creative in seeking local partnerships (local tourism board or hotels) that will allow for first class event.

Priority will be given to sites that can serve food and alcohol and are located near a major airport for ease of travel.

Thank you for your interest and we look forward to reviewing your submission.

Deadline for Bid Submission – February 28, 2023

Final Decision and venue/destination selected – March 17, 2023

Sincerely,

Andrew King 15’s Competition Committee Chair
