About the Role The Wellington Rugby Football Union is seeking a highly skilled and driven Head Coach to lead the Wellington Lions, a team competing in New Zealand Rugby’s prestigious National Provincial Competition (NPC). This role is ideal for a coach with a vision for excellence and a passion for developing players to their fullest potential within a high-performance environment.
As Head Coach, you’ll be responsible for guiding our players and coaching staff, creating a cohesive, winning culture on and off the field. Working closely with the WRFU Chief Executive and Head of Athletic Performance, you will be instrumental in the design and implementation of innovative training programs, player development initiatives, and coaching strategies.
