The West Coast Rugby Union advise the AGM of the West Coast Rugby Union will be held at the Blaketown Rugby clubrooms on Thursday 4 April 2024 at 7.00pm.

Information on any bereavements to be acknowledged at the meeting would be appreciated in writing prior to the meeting. i.e. by Thursday 29 February 2024.
• All clubs are required to nominate one member as their representative on the council of clubs at the AGM refer section 6.2 (a) II and 10.2(c) of the constitution. • All clubs will need to nominate one member as their representative on the junior advisory board at the AGM. Refer to section 6.2(a)III and 11.2 (c) of the constitution.
Could all clubs please advise nominations by 5.00pm Thursday 29 February 2024 to: West Coast Rugby Union – attention CEO Mike Connors.
Could all clubs please ensure that the nominated members are present at the AGM as respective meetings will follow.
Club Remits Any club remits must be delivered no later than 40 days, prior to the AGM i.e. 24 February 2024. In turn the board shall give notice of any remits to all clubs 30 days prior to the AGM i.e. 5 March 2024.
