Half Time Tri-Tag at Wallabies Test Match
It was an amazing experience to facilitate and referee the Norths Under 16 team in a Tri-Tag Rugby game at halftime of the recent Test match between Australia and France. The boys were understandably nervous about playing in front of a bumper crowd of 52,000 fans, but they did themselves and their club proud with an outstanding performance.
Taking the field at a sold-out Suncorp Stadium was an incredible highlight for the players and for me personally. It was a memorable occasion that showcased the boys' enthusiasm, skill, and sportsmanship on one of the biggest stages in Australian rugby.
