Taft Rugby officially kicked off their season this week. Using the dead week between State Wrestling Finals and the start of other spring sports they are practicing each day on the turf field if the weather can hold. Both the boys and girls schedules are about set. The boys begin their preseason this week with a friendly scrimmage against Neuqua and Glen Ellyn. The teams will play each other for 30min, with each team in control of the offense for 15 mins going through the phases they want in attack each turnover just resulting in a new reset.
