Recently, we delivered the Small Blacks coaching courses here in Counties Manukau, sharing positive messages around game-based coaching and creating a fun, supportive (FABS) environment for our tamariki.
We also showcased how to use The Coaching Gig app—free for all Counties coaches! For the Year 7 & 8 night, we had Kyle McLean, the app’s founder, join us to support the delivery.
