Rugby Her Way is a six-week development program designed for girls aged 10 to 15 to build fundamental skills, grow confidence, and make lasting friendships in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Led by Brumby (#107)/ Wallaroo (#229) Lily Bone, alongside Super W Brumbies players, Wallaroos, and elite female coaching staff, the program welcomes all experience levels, from complete beginners wanting to try rugby for the first time to current club players refining their game during Term 4.

- Who: Girls aged 10 to 15 years (grouped by age and experience level)
- Cost: $65 for the full 6-week program (unbeatable value at under $11 per two-hour session)
- Duration: 6 weekly Sunday sessions

- Canberra Hub (Brumbies HQ):
- Dates: Commences Sunday 1 November (runs for 6 consecutive Sundays)
- Time: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Location: Brumbies HQ
- Wagga Wagga Hub (Connolly Park):
- Dates: Commences Sunday 8 November (runs for 6 consecutive Sundays)
- Time: 9:00 am to 11:00 am
- Location: Connolly Park (located within the Jubilee Park sporting complex)
What to Bring
- Water Bottle: A large, filled water bottle is essential to stay hydrated throughout the two-hour session in the warmer weather.
- Footwear: Sports shoes/runners or rugby boots (if you have them).
- Optional Protective Gear: Participants are welcome to bring a mouthguard and headgear if they would like, but they are not compulsory.
- Attire: Comfortable general activewear suitable for running outdoors.
