This year marks an exciting new chapter as Western Suburbs Juniors formally joins with the Old Boys University Rugby Football Club (OBU). For more than 40 years, our club has built a strong junior rugby community across the Western Suburbs and that community remains at the heart of everything we do.
This year our club will have a fresh look and a new badge but the same core values that have always guided us.

Subscription Rates
This year we have worked hard to lower our subscription fees to $99 for all tackle grades and $39 for all Rippa rugby players. We'll also throw in a free hoodie for every player, to celebrate the launch of our new club brand. Those of you with big families, your third, fourth and fifth child all play free!
Payment
Currently we are experiencing some minor issues with taking online payments, however you can still register your child, and we will reach out to you for payment options, before the season starts.
Season Dates
Mark these in your calendars:
- The season begins on the second weekend of Term 2: 1–2 May.
- There is no rugby in the second two weeks of the school holidays: 10–11 July, 17–18 July.
- The season ends on 28–29 August
- There are 16 weekends of competition.
