Welcome to Goulburn Rugby Union’s 150th year… and as we prepare for season 2022, our registration window is now open.

Goulburn Rugby players and supporters can now register for the Goulburn Rugby Club. At this stage, the club will only be fielding senior teams (men’s firsts, men’s seconds and women’s XVs), but if any junior teams are added we’ll provide details on how they can register as well.

All people involved in the club’s rugby teams, and not just the players, must register for insurance purposes.

Registration is FREE for coaches, managers and life members, costs $10 for social members and costs the relevant registration fee listed below for players.

The registration options are as follows:

Non-players can choose from the following options:

  • Coach – free
  • Managers – free
  • Volunteer (Trainers and Life Members) – free
  • Training-only participant
  • Social member – $10

Players have three payment options this year… they can pay for the whole season, for a month at a time, or pay each week. The fees for each are as follows. Please note, all prices include 2% admin fee charged by Rugby Xplorer.

SENIORS:

  • Season registration: $230
  • Monthly registration: $100
  • Weekly registration: $40
  • Training only participant: $25

HOW TO REGISTER – SENIORS:

(1) You can download the “Rugby Xplorer” app and follow the links to find your email or My Rugby number… or set up a new registration if you haven’t played before; OR You can go to myaccount.rugby.com.au and follow the links there to log in.

(2) Select: PLAY RUGBY

(3) If you have had a previous registration on Rugby Xplorer, select your name

(4) Select CLUB: Goulburn Rugby Union

(5) Select ROLE: Player (Or Coach, Or Manager, or Volunteer)

(6) Select REGISTRATION TYPE: XVs (If choosing Training Only Participant, choose either XVs Women or XVs Men).

(7) Select DURATION: Season or Monthly or Weekly

NOTES FOR ALL PLAYERS:

  • Players participating in trials, training and tournaments are reminded they are not covered by insurance unless they are registered.
  • If you choose Monthly or Weekly registration, there is no cap. For example, if you paid monthly for 4 months, that would cost 4 x $100 = $400 (almost twice the amount of season rego).
  • If you’ve paid one or more payments weekly and wish to switch to monthly, it doesn’t discount the amount you’ve already spent. Likewise if you are switching from monthly to season.
  • If you sign up for weekly or monthly registration… the clock starts ticking instantly.
  • If any part of the process is failing, please advise Chris Gordon on cgordon1965@gmail.com.
