Reds women's Head Coach Andrew Fraser presents to the Coaching Female Athletes seminar

On Sunday 27th April, the Sunshine Coast rugby community welcomed a special visit from Queensland Reds Women's Head Coach, Andrew Fraser, at Caloundra Rugby Club.

Fraser was on the Sunshine Coast to help present the Coaching Female Athletes seminar, sharing his expertise and insights from the elite level of the women's game with local coaches who develop female rugby players in the region.

It was a rare and valuable opportunity to learn from one of Queensland's leading voices in women's rugby.

The seminar took place prior to the girls Under 14s and Under 16s Stingray Trials, making the timing all the more fitting. With female rugby continuing to grow at grassroots level on the Sunshine Coast, investing in the coaches behind these players is just as important as the game itself.

Fraser's willingness to give his time speaks to a shared commitment to growing the women's game from the ground up — one coach, one player at a time.
