Ready to join the rugby family? Registration for all Gold Coast District Rugby Union clubs is completed through Rugby Xplorer - a simple online system that gets you on the field quickly.
Before You Start
You'll need a Rugby Xplorer account to register. Complete your registration via the mobile app or website at https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au/
- Sign In Open the Rugby Xplorer app or website and sign in with your email and password. You must be signed in to register yourself or a child.
- Start Registration Click "Register", then click "Find a Club".
- Select Player Choose who you'd like to register and click "continue".
- Find Your Club Enter your club name and click "search". Select your club from the results and click "next". Note: Some clubs operate separate junior and senior entities - make sure you select the correct one for your age group.
- Choose Your Registration Select your Registration Role, Registration Type and Duration from the dropdown menus, then click "next".
- Check Availability Registrations will display as open or closed. If closed, contact your club directly for assistance.
- Confirm Personal Details Review your information and click "next"
Update Additional Information
If required, update your address, gender, country of origin, ethnicity and last club registered. Click "next".
Choose your privacy status:
- Public profile: Your name appears on team sheets and live results
- Private profile: Your name appears as "name withheld" Click "next".
Enter emergency contact details and click "next".
Complete any extra requirements:
- Under 18s: School, height and weight
- Non-playing members: Working with Children Check details
Review any merchandise or items your club offers and click "next".
Review your registration details:
- Registration fees breakdown (insurance, state, association and club fees)
- Early bird discounts (if applicable)
- 2% transaction fee applies
Click "Pay" and choose your payment method:
- Credit/debit card, or
- Zip Pay
Click "Make Payment". You'll receive a confirmation screen and email sent to the registered participant.
If registering multiple family members, select "Yes" when asked "Would you like to add another registration?" to receive family discounts (if offered by your club).
