RUGBY VICTORIA | A NEW ERA IS ABOUT TO BEGIN
Later this year, Rugby Victoria will launch a new Elite Pathway structure designed to strengthen, grow, and modernise player development across the state.
This new framework creates a clear, connected system that supports talented Victorian players from junior development through to senior state representation, aligning our programs under one unified identity for both men and women.
Importantly, it establishes a pathway that positions our players for future opportunities at the highest levels of the game, including alignment with the evolving Super Rugby landscape as national structures continue to take shape.
To support this new structure, Rugby Victoria is aligning all state program players under a single, unified identity. For the first time, our men’s and women’s elite teams will operate within one connected system, sharing the same name, the same look, and the same pathway. This rebrand brings every part of Victorian high‑performance rugby together — creating clarity, consistency, and a stronger sense of belonging for players progressing through the pathway.
