USA Rugby has confirmed the selection process and dates for aspiring rugby players to enter the USA Pathways program via talent identification.

Players can get on USA Rugby Pathways radar through Identified club or collegiate tournaments where coaches will be on the look out for standout players competing in high-pressure environments. Talent ID Tournament opportunities are listed below.

Starting in February, a series of Talent ID Days (TID) and Regional Development Days (RDD) will take place across the country to serve as the primary scouting tool for players nationwide to put their skills on display for USA Rugby scouts.

TID will kick off February 22nd with two opportunities taking place in Providence, RI, and Southern California. Full list of TID and RDD events listed below.

Talent ID Days (TID) are Open-entry sessions available for all eligible players. These focus on identifying new, upcoming players. Coaches will be focusing on players across two pools:

1. U23 athletes: Players in the transition zone between high school, college, and the senior international level.

2. U18 athletes: (born between 2008 -2010)

Regional Development Days (RDD): are Invite-only sessions for players already scouted with National Team potential. RDD are often held in conjunction with TID days and players who perform well during the morning TID should be prepared to be invited to remain for the RDD session.

All participating athletes are required to register via forms the below
