Kia ora, This nomination form is made up of two parts 1. CLUB AWARDS We ask whānau to enter their selections for manager, coach and volunteer of the year. We also have three awards for our top combined rippa, Saturday rippa and tackle teams. 2. A SHORT CLUB SURVEY Just to check in on whānau experience across the season so we can continue to build a healthy whānau centered club for all our current and future tamariki.
