The South Australian Rugby Union Finals schedule for 2026 has been confirmed with clubs, players, officials and supporters set for three exciting weeks of rugby as teams compete for premiership honours across senior and junior competitions.
The Finals Series will commence on Saturday 15 August and Sunday 16 August at Onkaparinga Rugby Club, which will host Week 1 of the finals.
Week 1 – Finals at Onkaparinga Rugby Club
Saturday 15 August – Qualifying Finals
- Senior Competition: 1st v 2nd
- Junior Competitions: 1st v 4th
Sunday 16 August – Elimination Finals
- Senior Competition: 3rd v 4th
- Junior Competitions: 2nd v 3rd
Week 2 – Senior Semi-Final and Junior Grand Finals
The Senior Semi-Final will be played on Saturday 22 August at Brighton Rugby Club. The match will feature the loser of the Senior Qualifying Final (1st v 2nd) against the winner of the Senior Elimination Final (3rd v 4th), with a place in the Grand Final at stake.
On Sunday 23 August, attention will turn to Old Collegians Rugby Club, which will host the Junior Grand Finals. For those who cant attend in person, games will be streamed through our YouTube channel.
Week 3 - Senior Grand Finals
The pinnacle of the season will take place on Saturday 29 August, with the Senior Grand Finals returning to AA Bailey Reserve.
AA Bailey Reserve has become synonymous with Rugby SA Finals footy and will once again provide the stage for the senior rugby teams to compete for championship honours. All games will be streamed through our Facebook and YouTube channel.
