The 2026 Empire 7s Series returns this summer with a streamlined, competitive path to a true championship finish.
The series will kick off on June 13 in Binghamton, NY, and feature four stops across the Empire footprint, including Rockaway Point, NY, and Danbury, CT. As introduced last year, the opening three events will serve as qualifiers, giving teams multiple opportunities to earn their place in the final championship round.
The series will culminate on July 11 in Saratoga, NY, where the top teams will compete for the Empire 7s title in a championship bracket.
This format continues to raise the level of play across the board — rewarding consistency, encouraging participation and ensuring that the final weekend showcases the best of Empire 7s rugby.
