The Counties Manukau Steelers open their Bunnings Warehouse NPC campaign with a trip to Napier to face Hawke’s Bay on Sunday August 3.

In a season in which the Union celebrates its 70th anniversary, the Steelers first home game at Navigation Homes Stadium will be a week later against Bay of Plenty with a 2.05pm kick-off time.

A double header at FMG Stadium in Hamilton sees both the Steelers and Heat take on their respective Waikato opponents on Sunday August 17.

After a trip south to play Otago in Dunedin on August 24, the Steelers enter their storm week in which they take on Taranaki (Saturday August 30) at Navigation Homes Stadium and North Harbour (Thursday September 4) also at home.

They round out their campaign with round robin games with away games against Southland (September 14) and Tasman (October 5) and home matches against Auckland (Saturday September 20) and Manawatu (Sunday September 28).

The Auckland game will be a double-header with the Heat also playing at home against Auckland.
